Paul Bramer was born and raised in San Diego/La Jolla, fully immersed in the idyllic Beach and Surf scene of the late 1960’s and 1970’s.   He saw his first airbrush at 18 years old, on the Boardwalk, in front of Hamel’s in Mission Beach.  He immediately went out and bought one; and the rest in History, so to speak.
